Knowing that, I'd be careful as to the level of propaganda we are hearing now about the success of the counter-offensive. A full Russian defeat and withdrawal is not the favourable outcome for these defense contractors, rather a stalemate is. As Ukraine hasn't had any movement in the Kherson region and the Kharkiv successes are occurring in lightly defended rural regions, a stalemate is what is likely to happen. Final battlelines/de facto borders yet to be determined.

That's why his manifesto was so nuts. That's one of the first things I'd submit to the court in a countersuit against him. He pretty much spells it out that he's a litigious man on a vendetta who will keep suing despite what the courts may otherwise rule and will do so for the next 40 years of his life if need be. Never tell the world what you are thinking.
Most lawyers with a degree of dignity and professionalism would withdraw as counsel immediately after reading that. There are many clauses in the retainer agreement, and most that I've ever read have one that states that counsel has the right to withdraw without penalty when a client pursues a course that is detrimental to the case.
His statement that he will replace the current legal team if they tire of the case was his giveaway. He's probably pushing them to do things they can't do like extradite people and put a rush on the case. I'm fairly certain that if Novosel read the rant he posted he'd threaten to withdraw. Might be why he removed the content but kept up the tweet.

I may have missed it, but I don't think Lloyd was in Texas this year (2022).
Can anyone confirm a 2022 trip to Texas and that Lloyd's personal vehicle is a BMW?Lloyd's trip to Texas was in early December 2021. It was on this trip where Dijana found pics of him with other women on the shared iCloud, confronted him when he returned to Croatia and he responded by fleeing to Thailand shortly after Christmas. Since returning from Thailand in January 2022, he made a trip through Hungary to the Ukraine border for a video on the refugees, went to London for a failed speed dating meetup, and has been to the Croatian coast on holiday at least twice.

There are many reasons to not join an “ex” on holiday to celebrate their birthday. For Dijana Evans, to do so in 2022 demonstrates severe emotional problems, co-dependency issues and quite possibly Stockholm Syndrome.
It’s well past time to stop feeling sorry for her. Joining him on holiday mere days after he made that statement about pursuing Kim through many jurisdictions until he gets his revenge shows us what her level of complicity in all this is. I for one don’t “stand with Dijana”. She’s been playing both sides of this while privately getting several offers of monetary help since this whole thing started. She has her head lodged quite deep up her own ass and she has the perfect husband who knows how to manipulate and take advantage of any weakness.
Lloyd really lucked out by winning her affections. Anyone else would have divorced him long ago.
Lost in that 3 page rant was him complaining about Dijana possibly being unemployed. And why not? She’s evidently OK with being used as a prop to rehabilitate Evans. She’s an enabler and is complicit in all things JLE. I wouldn’t entertain her at any meetups or offer to fly her out somewhere to meet.
I’m starting to really believe she too has something to hide about what happened in 2008-2009 and her efforts to cover up what he really did. She’s still doing it 13 years later, “despite all her faults”.

Then he can hire another lawyer to sue said person and convince a jury that the same person was/is behind the Las Malvinas posts.

Did you know Charles head will face left though? It's traditional that each succeeding monarch faces the opposite direction to the one prior.
